Soft furnishings market thriving for KPI

KP Industries has cemented a relationship with a key textile manufacturer which will boost both businesses.

As main distributor to soft furnishings giant, Dunelm, Cleland McIver have been working with KPI for over a decade on a number of projects.

Both businesses formed a relationship over a decade ago in the the traditional heartland of the cotton trade.

And one of the bosses of Cleland is hoping to progress the relationship for many years to come saying KPI would be the first on their list to contact for future projects.

KP Industries have been supplying Cleland with a number of bespoke conveying systems for their factory in Littleborough, Rochdale since the business was created in 2003. They have provided a number of solutions to getting the textiles manufacturer moving and being more efficient as it supplies to the demands of its customers.

As well as conveyor systems, KPI have also provided Cleland with a number of fabrication solutions in its factory, which employs more than 150 people. Over a century of being in business, strong partnerships have been developed with mills in Europe and Asia to develop exclusive ranges of products for the ever changing UK market.
